Live Well Homecare is seeking an LPN to provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing in clients' homes in Yakima, WA. You will perform assessments, administer medications, manage wounds, and monitor chronic and acute conditions while coordinating with families and care teams.

You will deliver skilled nursing services, support patient needs, and contribute to a team-oriented, supportive environment that fosters professional growth within the community.

Formación

• Current LPN license in the state of Washington.
• Strong clinical nursing skills and ability to deliver quality care.
