Aura Health is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to provide compassionate home health care to pediatric and adult patients in Spokane, WA. You will deliver skilled nursing services in patients' homes and community settings, administer medications, manage wounds, and monitor vital signs while following care plans.

Responsibilities include documenting care in electronic records and communicating updates to RNs and physicians, working both independently and as part of a care team.

Qualificações
