Job summary

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient care through the Nursing Process: assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
• Direct and guide patient teaching and activities of Nursing Ancillary Personnel.
• Assume a lead role in patient teaching and education.
• Place the patient at the center of care practices and ensure safety.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to provide quality care and achieve outcomes.
