Job description

Home Health/Hospice RN ($33-$44/hr; $62K-$82K per year)

Columbus, NE, USA

36 hrs/wk; Direct clinical nursing services in client’s home/residence or facility, including but not limited to IV therapy, venipuncture, wound cares and wound vac, Hospice, coordination of care between MD, facility, patient/family and rehab.

  • Will take weekday and weekend call on rotating schedule.
  • Must be able to work independently.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, strong computer skills, team-oriented with previous nursing experience needed.
  • BSN or willing to obtain, NE RN license or Compact license, and BLS.
  • Preferred candidates will have home health/hospice experience.
  • Able to drive own vehicle with valid driver's license and car insurance.
  • Sign-on bonus ($10K with a 1-year commitment).
  • Relocation assistance ranges from $5K - $15K depending upon how far of a move for the candidate.
