Responsibilities

The Registered Nurse (RN) in Home Health provides and directs nursing care to patients in their homes, as prescribed by physicians and in compliance with laws, regulations, and agency policies. The RN coordinates the care plan with other healthcare professionals and ensures continuity of care by communicating with physicians, agency staff, patients, families, and community resources, all within a Point of Care setting.

Education and Experience

License Requirements:

• Current RN licensure in Oklahoma
• Current CPR certification
• Valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and access to reliable transportation
