BayCare HomeCare seeks a dedicated Registered Nurse to lead home health services in the New Port Richey area. The role oversees a multidisciplinary care team, ensuring visits align with physician orders and deliver high-quality patient care at home.

The position emphasizes flexible scheduling with opportunities for mentorship, training, and advancement within BayCare, a large, reputable health system in Tampa Bay.

Qualificações

• RN license (Florida) required.
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required.
• Florida driver's license required within 30 days of hire.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee the activities of the multi-disciplinary team that provides care to the patient.
• Monitor the provision of therapeutic services through written and verbal communication with all disciplines.
• Ensure that all visits scheduled and provided are authorized and covered by physician orders.
• Review weekly patient visits and provide plans to the Patient Care Supervisor and team assistant, including anticipated weekend visits.
• Inform the scheduler of any schedule changes and communicate caseload and patient care issues to Home Care Supervisor.
