Overview

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a Director of Operations / Administrator. This role involves overseeing daily operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving quality care at our home health branches in Des Plaines, Bourbonnais, and Springfield, IL.

The Administrator will office from the location closest to their home and travel regularly to other agencies.

Responsibilities

Serve as the local chief executive, leading the provider(s) to deliver quality care and ensuring daily operational execution. Manage operations, personnel, and office functions.

Qualifications

• RN license in Illinois
• Management experience in home health care
• At least one year in a supervisory or administrative role
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations
• Intermediate technology skills, including mobile device operation
