Qualifications

• Assist in implementing vocational and educational activities to restore individual task performance.
• Conduct community reintegration activities to assist with occupational therapy needs.
• Provide training and document results to support rehabilitation.

Responsabilités

• Provide expert, patient-centered care as a Home Health COTA.
• Support the treatment plan by documenting status changes.
• Work independently with team support.

Connaissances

Knowledge of complex neurologic injury and neuro-rehabilitation techniques

Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience

Current CPR certification

Formation

Degree from a certified occupational therapy assistant training program

Current Occupational Therapist Assistant certification
