Job summary

Sweetwater Care is seeking a Home Health Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to support patients in their homes, delivering compassionate, client-centered therapy under supervision. Requirements include an Associate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program, and current licensure/certification as required to practice in the state.

Valid CPR and the ability to travel between locations are also expected.

Required Certifications and Licensures:

• Valid license, registration, certification or permit to practice in the states of agency operation
• Must be a licensed driver who can travel to all business locations
• Must possess and maintain valid CPR certification while employed in a clinical role
