Job summary

Halcyon Home LLC in Temple, Texas, is seeking a Home Health Community Liaison to build strong relationships with families, educate clients about our private-pay home care services, and develop strategies to grow awareness and sales in the local community.

You will conduct in-home assessments to understand care needs, collaborate with healthcare professionals for seamless coordination, and help families navigate available resources with compassion and expertise.

Qualifications

• Experience in home health marketing preferred.
• Experience in home care sales, clinicians, or geriatric care management.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
• Deep understanding of senior care needs and resources available in Austin
