Job summary

DayToDay Health in New Mexico is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide in-home care for seniors and individuals with chronic conditions. You will assist with personal care, mobility, meal preparation, medication reminders, and light housekeeping.

Work with nurses and care coordinators to follow individualized care plans, monitor changes, report them promptly, and support clients to maintain independence at home with dignity and safety.
