Alpha Home Health and Hospice is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide compassionate, one-on-one care in patients' homes across Montrose, Colorado. You will support daily living activities, monitor health, and assist with mobility and personal care.

As part of an interdisciplinary team, you’ll document changes, report concerns to the RN, and help maintain comfort and safety in home environments. The role requires reliability, empathy, and adherence to safety protocols.
