Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a Nurse Supervisor to lead clinical and non-clinical services in a home health setting. The role requires an active RN license, CPR, and strong regulatory knowledge, with supervision of staff and operations.

The candidate should have at least two years of recent nursing experience, including one year in home health, and be able to work in a fully on-site environment in Colorado. Bilingual skills (EN/ES) are a plus.

Qualifications

• Registered nurse with an active license in good standing.
• Minimum two years nursing experience within the previous 36 months.
• Minimum one year experience in home health.
• Knowledge of federal, state and local laws governing home care operations.
• CPR certification and valid driver license.
• Automobile liability insurance as required by law.
