Qualified applicants will hold an active RN license, have a minimum of two years of nursing experience with at least one year in home health, and demonstrate strong organizational and communication skills for coordinating care.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an approved school of professional nursing.
• CPR certification and valid state driver license required.
• Minimum two years nursing experience within last 36 months, with at least one year in home health.
• Experience supervising clinical staff preferred.
