Job summary

Diamond Care Group is seeking an experienced Clinical Director in Florida to lead home health operations. The role includes supervising clinicians, mentoring staff, and ensuring adherence to clinical guidelines within an interdisciplinary team.

Responsibilities include evaluating patient care plans, coordinating with providers, and overseeing OASIS and documentation practices to maintain quality care. A strong focus on staff development and regulatory compliance is essential.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in good standing.
• At least one year of management or supervisory experience in the home health setting.
• Familiarity with OASIS, care documentation requirements, and interdisciplinary coordination.
• Experience using electronic medical record (EMR) systems such as Kinnser.
• Knowledge of clinical best practices and regulatory standards.
• Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and ethical standards.

Responsibilities

• Review patient information and assign clinicians to cases.
• Review patient diagnoses, medications, procedures and clinical course.
• Supervise and mentor clinical staff including therapists and counselors.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff.
• Facilitate clinical training and professional development opportunities.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to implement patient care plans.
• Monitor patient outcomes and adherence to clinical guidelines.
• Assist in resolving clinical issues and addressing staff concerns.
• Assist in screening and interviewing new personnel and provide recommendations for employment.
• Perform other duties delegated by the Clinical Director.
