Job summary

AdvisaCare Home Health Care, a Medicare Certified Agency with over 20 years of service, is seeking dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants to provide compassionate personal care to Home Health clients in the Oakland, Macomb and Wayne counties served by our office.

This full-time or Per Diem position offers opportunities for growth, travel across our service area, and an engaging, collaborative work environment with advanced skilled training available.

Qualifications

• State of Michigan CNA license required.
• HS diploma or GED.
• Travel across Oakland, Macomb & Wayne counties.
• 1 year CNA experience.
• Excellent communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate personal care to home health clients in their homes.
• Assist with activities of daily living as prescribed by care plans.
• Document observations and communicate with supervising clinicians.

As a CNA, you will provide compassionate personal care services to our Home Health clients in the Oakland, Macomb and Wayne county areas serviced by our office. This position allows you to develop meaningful relationships and contribute to a nurturing environment within the home.

** Home Health Experience Preferred but not required**

• Current Valid State of Michigan Certified Nursing Assistant license
• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Position requires travel across AdvisaCare service area ( Oakland, Macomb & Wayne counties)
• 1 year of CNA experience
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills
