SYNERGY HomeCare of North Guilford County in Eden, NC is seeking a compassionate Home Health Caregiver for a part-time role in clients' homes. You will provide one-on-one support focused on physical, emotional, and social well-being.

You’ll assist with ADLs, meal prep, light housekeeping, and help clients stay independent. You’ll record client progress and work with registered nurses to ensure high-quality care.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in the healthcare industry, preferably in home care.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds with assistance.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate and patient demeanor.

Responsabilidades

• Provide one-on-one care to clients in their homes, focusing on their physical, emotional, and social well-being
• Assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and transitioning
• Helping with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and laundry
• Encouraging clients to maintain their independence and engage in activities they enjoy
• Maintaining accurate and detailed records of client care and progress
• Collaborating with our registered nurses and other healthcare professionals to ensure the highest level of care
