Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare of North Guilford County is seeking a compassionate Home Health Caregiver for a part-time position in Eden, North Carolina. You will provide one-on-one in-home care, assist with ADLs, meal prep and light housekeeping, and support clients’ independence.

Collaborate with registered nurses and other care professionals to ensure the highest standard of care while maintaining detailed care records.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience in healthcare, preferably in home care, is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and assist with client mobility.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Compassionate, patient and caring demeanor is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one in-home care focusing on physical, emotional, and social well-being.
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and transferring.
• Help with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and laundry.
• Encourage clients to stay independent and participate in activities they enjoy.
• Maintain accurate records of care and progress.
• Collaborate with nurses and healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality care.
