Job summary

REM Community Services, part of the Sevita family, provides community-based services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. You’ll join a mission-driven team and create relationships that motivate us all every day.

Sevita pays $18.65/hr with a full-time schedule Tue, Wed, Thu 2pm-10pm and alternating weekends. You’ll assist with personal care, support behavioral goals, and help participants live more independently while fostering meaningful community engagement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination is preferred.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle with proof of insurance.
• Strong communication, adaptability, and time-management skills are important.
• Reliable, compassionate, patient, and responsible behavior is expected.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with personal hygiene and daily living tasks.
• Support participants with developmental goals like budgeting, exercise, and nutrition.
• Help participants participate in community activities and routines.
• Monitor and document participants' progress and needs.
• Collaborate with supervisors and team to ensure participant well-being.

Pay is $18.65/hr. Full time schedule available: Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday 2pm-10pm and every other Saturday and Sunday 8am-4pm
