Choice Health at Home in Fort Pierce, FL is seeking an experienced Home Health Business Development Liaison to drive referral growth and expand the market across Broward County. You will cultivate strategic relationships with physicians, hospitals, SNFs, and case managers to secure new referral sources.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in healthcare sales, a proven record of meeting admissions goals, and knowledge of Medicare and post-acute care.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in home health or hospice sales.
• Stable healthcare sales history.
• Proven track record of meeting referral/admissions goals.
• Existing Broward County relationships preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Medicare and post-acute care services.
• Experience using CRM and managing a sales territory.
• HomeCare HomeBase experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, and case managers.
• Grow market share by identifying and securing new referral sources.
• Execute territory development plans and achieve monthly admission targets.
• Serve as a trusted resource and clinical liaison for referral partners.
• Analyze referral trends and implement growth strategies.
• Collaborate with clinical leadership to ensure exceptional patient outcomes and customer satisfaction.
