Qualifications

• Degree in Nursing from an accredited school.
• Active, unrestricted nursing license in Oklahoma.
• CPR certification.
• 1+ year of nursing experience in acute care, community health, or home-based settings.

Responsibilities

• Deliver skilled nursing care and evidence-based treatments per physician orders and client plans.
• Maintain comprehensive, accurate documentation and coordinate with physicians and families for coordinated care.
• Administer and monitor medications and therapies to ensure client safety and outcomes.
• Conduct nursing assessments to establish individualized plans of care.
