A leading healthcare company is seeking an Area Director of Sales for Home Health to lead and manage their marketing and business development strategies. The role involves building key relationships and requires significant travel. Ideal candidates will have a robust background in healthcare sales and management, supported by a four-year degree. Position Overview:
The Area Director of Sales, Home Health, will direct and Manage the Sales, Marketing and Business Development efforts of a team of sales professionals selling Skilled Intermittent Medicare Certified Home Health services to members of the healthcare community. Provide strategic direction, supervision and guidance to a sales team and take the lead in Key Account relationships, Partnerships, ACO's, etc. You will execute a business plan in conjunction with your Clinical Operations counterpart to exceed the targets established for the company budget.
Requires up to 75% weekly travel.
Territory: Fort Myers, Naples, Miami, Fort Lauderdale, Stuart, Sebring, Lakeland, and Orlando.
