Job summary

AdvisaCare Home Health Care in Portage, MI, is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to deliver one-on-one care to our home health and hospice clients. You will support patients in their homes, monitor wellbeing, and collaborate with families and the care team to ensure comfort and safety.

Qualifications

• State of Michigan CNA certification required.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• 6 months of Home health or Hospice CNA experience preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication, prioritization and organizational skills.
• Successful completion of a drug screen prior to employment including medical and recreational marijuana.

Requirements

• State of Michigan Certified Nursing assistant (current)
• High school graduate or GED
