CareBuilders at Home – Pittsburgh is looking for caring individuals to help seniors and adults maintain independence at home. You will join a family that values compassion, professionalism, and dedication while providing personal care and companionship.

Requirements include being 18 or older, a High School Diploma or GED, reliable transportation, and the ability to pass background/state checks. We offer flexible shifts and ongoing training in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• Experience (professional or personal) providing care or companionship.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Reliable transportation is a must — a personal vehicle is preferred.
• Able to pass background check and state clearance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, hygiene).
• Support with meal preparation, light housekeeping, errands, and laundry.
• Provide companionship, supervision, and emotional support.
