Home Matters Caregiving - Greater Boston North / West in Somerville is seeking a compassionate Personal Care Assistant to support clients in their homes with daily living activities, meals, mobility, and companionship.

You’ll work closely with families and healthcare providers, follow care plans, and help clients with dementia care while maintaining a safe, clean living environment. We offer flexible schedules and paid training.

Competenze

• 6 months of experience in home care or as a Personal Care Assistant.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English clearly.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• A valid driver's license may be required depending on client needs.

Mansioni

• Assist clients with daily living activities (bathing, grooming, dressing).
• Provide meal preparation and ensure proper nutrition for clients.
• Medication reminders and documentation.
• Support clients with mobility and physical exercises as needed.

Duties

• Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, and dressing.

Requirements
