Home Matters Caregiving is seeking compassionate Personal Care Assistants to support clients in the Greater Boston West area. You will assist with daily living activities, meal prep, medications reminders, and mobility support while building meaningful relationships with clients and families.

We value experience in home care and dementia care, with English fluency and a background check. Flexible schedules, paid training, and ongoing support are offered to help you grow in your caregiving career.

Qualifications

• 6 months of experience in home care or as a Personal Care Assistant.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English clearly.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Compassionate, high-quality in-home care mindset.
• Experience or training in dementia care is highly desirable.
• A valid driver's license may be required depending on client needs.

• Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, and dressing.
• Provide meal preparation and ensure proper nutrition for clients.
• Medication reminders and documentation.
• Support clients with mobility and physical exercises as needed.
• Offer companionship and engage clients in meaningful conversations or activities.
• Assist with dementia care, providing specialized support for individuals with cognitive impairments.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients by performing light housekeeping tasks.
• Communicate effectively with healthcare providers and family members regarding client needs and progress.
