Job summary

Affirmed Home Care, Inc. is hiring a Certified Home Health Aide (HHA) for a private-duty case in Rochelle Park, NJ. The role features a Monday-Tuesday, 9 AM-3 PM in-home care schedule.

You will assist with bathing, grooming, daily activities, and medication reminders, while ensuring safety and comfort. Occasional driving of clients may be required as part of the plan.

Qualifications

• Valid New Jersey CHHA certification is required.
• Valid driver's license is required.
• Willingness to drive clients using their vehicle as part of the care plan.
• Current physical exam.
• PPD/QuantiFERON or chest X-ray as required.
• Experience preferred, but new HHAs are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with bathing, grooming, and dressing.
• Help with daily activities and medication reminders.
• Light housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Provide companionship and support.
• Ensure client safety and comfort.
• Transport clients when needed using the client's vehicle.
