Cedar Crest Village by Erickson Senior Living in New Jersey is seeking a compassionate Home Health Aide/CNA to provide personal care and assist residents with daily activities. The role includes light housekeeping, meal planning and preparation, and escorting residents to appointments and social events.

Responsibilities emphasize infection control, vigilant health observation, and supportive engagement to enhance residents’ well-being.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Certified as a Home Health Aide, CNA, or GNA per state and federal regulations.
• Experience as a care provider serving seniors is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide personal care and assist with activities of daily living.
• Support residents with routine housekeeping, meal planning/preparation, pet care, closet organization, and kitchen chores.
• Escort residents to appointments and social activities.
• Promote psychosocial well-being through meaningful relationships.
• Follow standard Infection Control & Prevention practices.
• Notify office/nurse promptly of changes in a resident's condition.
• Maintain competency in required job skills and knowledge.
