Job summary

Right at Home Utah Valley is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide personalized in-home care for seniors in Utah Valley. Flexible shifts range from 2 to 10 hours, with options for back-to-back assignments and paid travel between clients.

We offer paid training, weekly pay, caregiver gear, and opportunities for raises, bonuses, and recognition programs. A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle are preferred to support client transportation and errands.

Qualifications

• Adult care experience is required.
• A caring demeanor.
• English proficiency.
• Dependable and quick to respond.
• Valid driver’s license and insured car.
• Clean background and drug checks.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and assist with daily living activities.
• Assist with hygiene, mobility, and dressing.
• Support clients with meal prep and light housekeeping.
• Run errands or accompany appointments as needed.
• Follow care plans and document changes for supervisors.
• Ensure safety and dignity during all interactions.

What time?

Our shifts range from 2 to 10 hours depending on the need. We can also do back to back shifts (paid travel between clients!)

• Weekend shifts

How often?

• We require a minimum of 12 hours OR 3 shifts per week

*This line of care is very dependent on our clients needs. We will do our best to provide consistent set schedules but this is a position where communication is key. We ask for quick responses via messaging to make the process even easier, provide you with the hours you want, as well as the care that is needed.

Responsibilities and Duties

Client care includes personal care activities that assist the patient with activities of daily living, such as...

• Warming up or cooking food
• Helping client move or change position
• Light housekeeping
• Personal hygiene and dressing (ADLs--showers, toileting, etc.)
• Errands or appointments
• Medication reminders, exercises, etc.
