Job summary

Right at Home Utah County is seeking caregivers to provide one-to-one in-home care for Utah Valley seniors. Shifts range from 2 to 10 hours, and you can create your own schedule. We offer paid training, weekly pay, and a range of benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in adult care required.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Reliable and quick to respond to messages.
• Valid driver's license and insured vehicle.
• Willingness to complete background checks.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living.
• Warm meals and light cooking.
• Help client move or change position.
• Light housekeeping.
• Personal hygiene and dressing.
• Run errands or attend appointments.
• Medication reminders, exercises, etc.

What time?

Our shifts range from 2 to 10 hours depending on the need. We can also do back to back shifts (paid travel between clients!)

How often?

You get to choose your own schedule!

• We require a minimum of 12 hours OR 3 shifts per week

*This line of care is very dependent on our clients needs. We will do our best to provide consistent set schedules but this is a position where communication is key. We ask for quick responses via messaging to make the process even easier, provide you with the hours you want, as well as the care that is needed.

Responsibilities and Duties

Client care includes personal care activities that assist the patient with activities of daily living, such as...

• Warming up or cooking food


• Helping client move or change position


• Light housekeeping
  
• Personal hygiene and dressing (ADLs--showers, toileting, etc.)


• Errands or appointments


• Medication reminders, exercises, etc.

Qualifications and Skills
