We are hiring for a PRN Home Health Aide. This is a field role that will serve our patients in the Nashua, Amherst, Bedford, and Merrimack surrounding areas.

The Home Health Aide is responsible for providing patients with in-home personal care and health-related services to maintain their physical and emotional well-being, following the written plan of care, Medicare/Medicaid regulations, and agency policies and procedures.
