EmmUcare Home Health is seeking compassionate caregivers to join our Williamsport, PA team. As a Caregiver / Home Health Aide, you will help clients stay comfortable, supported, and independent in their own homes, following care plans and providing companionship and personal care.

Starting pay is $11–$13 per hour with biweekly pay and a flexible schedule that fits your availability. We offer 401(k), dental and vision coverage, and opportunities for advancement in a locally owned home health

Qualifications

• Must show compassion, patience, and respect for client privacy.
• Dependability and clear communication with clients and office.
• Ability to perform assigned care duties safely with training.
• Reliable transportation to visits and smartphone for timekeeping.
• Previous caregiving experience welcome but not required.

Responsabilités

• Follow care plans and assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, hygiene.
• Support toileting and incontinence care with dignity.
• Assist mobility and transfers as directed in care plan.
• Prepare meals and help with light housekeeping and laundry.
• Provide companionship and encouragement.
• Offer medication reminders per care plan.
• Report changes to the office.
• Record tasks and clock in/out using electronic visit verification.

What You’ll Do

Pay, Scheduling, and Benefits

• Starting pay: $11–$13 per hour, depending on the assignment and approved offer.
• Biweekly pay.
