EmmUcare Home Health, based in Williamsport, PA, is seeking a compassionate Home Health Aide to assist clients at home and help them stay comfortable, supported, and independent. The role emphasizes caring for daily routines, providing companionship, and maintaining client privacy with dignity.

What You’ll Do
Follow each client’s care plan and help with tasks such as:

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene.
• Support toileting and incontinence care while preserving dignity.
• Assist with mobility and transfers as directed in the care plan.
• Prepare meals and help with light housekeeping and laundry.
• Provide companionship, conversation, and encouragement.
• Offer medication reminders according to the care plan.
• Report changes in a client’s condition or needs to the office.
• Record completed care tasks and clock in and out using our electronic visit verification system.

What You’ll Bring

• Compassion, patience, and respect for each client’s privacy and preferences.
• Dependability and clear communication with clients and the office team.
• The ability to perform assigned care duties safely, with training and support.
• Reliable transportation to assigned visits and the ability to use a smartphone for timekeeping.

Previous caregiving experience is welcome but not required.Pay, Scheduling, And Benefits

• Starting pay: $11-$13 per hour, depending on the assignment and approved offer.
• Biweekly pay.
