What is Cluster Care?

Cluster Care allows caregivers to serve multiple clients in the same building or area, reducing travel and providing more flexible, community-oriented care. Caregivers work in a facility setting, assisting with medication reminders, maintaining tidy spaces, and helping with outings or errands. Shifts may vary from 15 minutes to an hour, based in the building for quick response.
