Job summary

Always Compassionate Health in Bronx, NY seeks Home Health Aides (HHAs) and Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) to support clients across Westchester County and NYC. Immediate openings with flexible scheduling, competitive weekly pay, and benefits. Training and certification as required by NY state are provided where needed.

Positions include part-time and full-time options with day, night, and weekend shifts. Live-in and weekend coverage available, with a focus on compassionate, client-centered

Qualifications

• NY State HHA or PCA certification required.
• Experience with adult/elderly clients preferred.
• Ability to follow care plans and document duties clearly.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene.
• Support activities of daily living as outlined in the care plan.
• Provide medication reminders and supervise or assist as directed.
• Assist with ambulation and mobility inside/outside the home.
• Accompany clients to appointments and run errands as needed.
• Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping and housekeeping tasks.
• Provide companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities.
