Job summary

Aveanna Healthcare is hiring compassionate Home Health Aides to deliver in-home personal care, assist with daily living activities, and support clients to maintain independence in their homes. You will work under RN supervision to provide safe, respectful care in a patient-centered environment.

Positions are full-time or part-time with pay of $15-16 per hour. Qualified applicants have a high school diploma, basic aide training, and references; transportation is required.

Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma.
• Training: Completion of a basic aide training program and/or Direct Care Worker test.
• Reference: Minimum of two professional references.
• Skills: One year of employment as a personal care aide, nurse’s aide or in another healthcare related field preferred.
• Transportation: Must have reliable transportation to and from assignments.

Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma


• Training: Completion of a basic aide training program and/or Direct Care Worker test consistent with state and federal requirements and for which a certificate was obtained


• Reference: Minimum of two professional references that meet the standards of Aveanna Healthcare.


• Skills: Completion of one year’s employment as a personal care aide, nurse’s aide or in another healthcare related field preferred


• Transportation: Must have available, reliable transportation to and from assignments
