SYNERGY HomeCare is seeking compassionate Personal Care Assistants to provide non-medical care to clients in their homes. As a PCA, CNAs, and Home Health Aides you will be valued, recognized, and rewarded for the meaningful care you provide.

We are prioritizing caregivers in Farmington, Hastings, Cannon Falls, Rosemount and surrounding areas, with open daytime availability. Pay ranges from $20 to $30 per hour, plus weekly direct deposit and ongoing training.

Competenze

• Previous hands-on caregiving experience.
• Experience with personal care (bathing, dressing, hygiene).
• Experience with mobility assistance and client transfers.
• Knowledge of safe transfer techniques and gait belt use.
• Open daytime availability, preferably mornings through afternoons.
• Compassionate, dependable, and professional caregiving approach.

Our Hiring Area

We are currently prioritizing caregivers in:

Farmington Hastings Cannon Falls Rosemount and surrounding areas

Availability We're Looking For

We are especially interested in caregivers with open daytime availability, including mornings and afternoons. Ideally, candidates should be available to work several hours during the day, with the flexibility to accommodate longer shifts when available.

Responsibilities

As a PCA/Caregiver, you will:

• Provide compassionate, non-medical care and support to clients in their homes.

• Assist with personal care, including bathing, showering, dressing, and hygiene.

• Assist with safe mobility and transfers, including gait belt use when needed.

• Offer companionship and meaningful social engagement.

• Help with light housekeeping and meal preparation.

• Provide medication reminders as directed.

• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members.

• Respect each client's home, preferences, routines, and belongings.

Qualifications

We're especially interested in caregivers who have:

• Previous hands-on caregiving experience.

• Experience assisting with personal care and showering.

• Experience with mobility assistance and client transfers.

• Knowledge of safe transfer techniques and gait belt use.

• Open daytime availability, preferably mornings through afternoons.

• A compassionate, dependable, and professional approach to caregiving.

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license.

• Reliable transportation to and from clients' homes.

• Ability to pass a state-required background check.

• Ability to provide proof of or obtain a negative TB test.

• Ability to lift or move up to 25 pounds.

• Ability to perform the physical tasks required for caregiving.
