We are on the lookout for kind-hearted Home Health Aides to bring smiles and support to our patients in the Waterford, MI area! If you're passionate about making a difference in someone's life by providing daily living assistance and personal care, we want you on our team!

This role requires working 6 to 8 hour shifts during the day.

Your Daily Heroes' Responsibilities:
  • Offer compassionate health care services in our patients' homes
  • Help with household tasks to ensure a comfortable environment
  • Assist in transporting and accompanying patients to their doctor's appointments or hospital visits
  • Assisting with simple prescribed medications with care
  • Support clients with personal care activities
  • Monitor vital signs and report any concerns
  • Keep detailed care records and document provided services
  • Assist with mobility and physical therapy or exercises
  • Be a friendly companion
  • Reliable transportation to ensure timely arrivals
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Proof of current valid auto insurance
  • Ability to work both in a team and independently
  • Good communication skills that create positive connections
  • Willingness to travel within the service area
  • CPR Certified (or willing to obtain)
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
  • High School Graduate or GED
