Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare seeks caring caregivers to provide non-medical support in clients’ homes. You may join as a Caregiver, HHA, or CNA with opportunities to help people live fuller lives on their terms.

As a Caregiver, CNA or HHA you will earn competitive pay between $17.00 and $30.00 per hour, with direct deposit, paid orientation, overtime pay, flexible schedules, and recognition programs. Join us to make a meaningful difference in the community.

Responsibilities

• Provide attention to clients’ non-medical needs, including companionship and social engagement.
• Provide personal care to clients as needed.
• Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
• Establish professional relationships with clients, family members, and co-workers.
• Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistent.
• Accurately report EVV clock ins/outs and visit information for care plans.
