Job summary

EmmUcare Home Health is seeking a compassionate Caregiver/Home Health Aide in Mount Union to help clients stay comfortable and independent at home. You will follow care plans, assist with daily activities, and provide companionship that enhances quality of life.

Starting pay ranges from $11 to $13 per hour with a flexible schedule, biweekly pay, and opportunities for advancement. Prior caregiving experience is welcome but not required, and training is provided by the office team.

Responsibilities

• Follow client care plans and assist with daily tasks.
• Aid with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene.
• Support toileting, mobility, and transfers per care plan.

• Give medication reminders and report changes to the office.
• Record tasks and clock in/out via electronic visit system.

What You’ll Do

Follow each client’s care plan and help with tasks such as:

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene.
• Support toileting and incontinence care while preserving dignity.
• Assist with mobility and transfers as directed in the care plan.
• Prepare meals and help with light housekeeping and laundry.
• Provide companionship, conversation, and encouragement.
• Offer medication reminders according to the care plan.
• Report changes in a client’s condition or needs to the office.
• Record completed care tasks and clock in and out using our electronic visit verification system.

What You’ll Bring

• The ability to perform assigned care duties safely, with training and support.
• Reliable transportation to assigned visits and the ability to use a smartphone for timekeeping.

Pay, Scheduling, and Benefits
