REQUIREMENTS (Simple):

• Certificate signed by RN (unless completed online)

• Pass standard background checks (DODD, DRC, Exclusion List, Nurse Aide Registry, Offender Watch, OIG, SAM)

• Pass written & skills test at 80% (unless you have previous results)

• Commit to minimum 20 hours per week
