Wilson Care Group in Honolulu, HI seeks a Home Health Aide with limited experience to join our caring team. You’ll support clients at home, offering compassionate assistance with daily activities and personal care under supervision.

We welcome fresh graduates and those transitioning into healthcare and provide training and ongoing support throughout your career. Walk-in interviews are available Mondays through Fridays from 9am to 4pm; there is a structured onboarding plan, flexible scheduling,

Qualifications

• Roughly 3 months hands-on personal or professional experience or Nurse Aide Training / Certifications.
• CPR / First Aid certification is required or can be obtained with employer assistance.
• 2-step TB clearance is required; assistance available to complete it.

Interview Requirements

• Must be a current resident of Oahu
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must be available to work at least 2 days per week
• Must have a smart phone
• Must have a can-do attitude
• Roughly 3 months hands-on personal / professional experience or Nurse Aid Training / Certifications
• You will need a CPR / First Aide certification, which we can help you obtain. You'll also need a 2 step TB clearance. We can help you with that too! We will do everything we can to set you up for success.
