BAYADA Home Health Care, Inc. is hiring HHAs – Home Health Aides in Orlando, FL. Pay range is $16-18 per hour, with weekly pay and flexible scheduling based on availability.

The role covers in-home care across Doctor Phillips, Windermere, Lake Nona, and Downtown Orlando. Qualified candidates have at least one year of home health experience, an active HHA or CNA license, BLS CPR, and a Level II background check.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year work experience.
• Current HHA or CNA license.
• BLS CPR certification.
• Level II background check.

Responsabilités

• Activities of daily living.
• Light housekeeping.
• Bathing.
• Grooming.
• Toileting.
• Nail care.
• Range of motion / exercises.
• Transfers / use of mechanical lifting devices.
• Oral feeding.
• Vital sign checks: temperature, pulse, respiration.
• Home management tasks: laundry, meal preparation, bed making etc.
• Assisting with ambulation.
• Medication assistance.
• Transportation.

Pay Range: $16-18/hour

BAYADA offers Home Health Aides (HHAs):

• Home Care Field Employees are eligible for any of BAYADA’s group medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision benefits if you work an average of 30 hours per week over a 3-month measurement period.


• Home Care Field Employees working less than 30 hours per week are eligible for the Minimum and Enhanced Minimum Coverage Plans.
