Job Details

We are seeking a compassionate Home Health Aide (HHA) to work with our client in a one-on-one setting at their home in Norristown, PA. We offer flexible shifts up to 40 hours per week, including full-time and part-time options. Additional clients are available in the surrounding areas.

Minimum Requirements

• At least 2 years of verifiable home care or facility experience
• Transportation to client’s residence
• Valid PA Driver's License preferred
• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
• Passing of State and Federal background checks
• Up-to-date Physical and Two-Step PPD or Chest X-ray
• Successful completion of Home Health Aide pre-employment test

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with ambulation and mobility, including doctor visits and walks
• Support with personal care and hygiene
• Plan and prepare meals
• Perform light housekeeping tasks
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Report any unusual incidents
