Job summary

Episcopal Homes of Minnesota is hiring a Home Health Aide at Iris Park Commons in St. Paul. You will provide compassionate personal care, assist with daily activities, and support residents’ comfort and independence in a 2:30pm-10:30pm schedule (60 hrs).

Nursing guidance ensures safe care delivery. Qualified applicants will be 18+, fluent in English, and have or be pursuing MN CNA/HHA/PCA certification. Prior experience with older adults is preferred, and you’ll join a team devoted to dignity

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to read, write and communicate in English.
• Prefer CNA, HHA or PCA certification and prior experience with older adults.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care including dressing, grooming, bathing, and hygiene.
• Provide meal support and feeding assistance per dietary plans.
• Record and report vital signs and resident concerns promptly.
• Provide medication reminders or administration as delegated by an RN.
• Offer companionship and engage residents in meaningful activities.
• Maintain household cleanliness and stock supplies.
• Assist with ambulation, transfers, and safe body mechanics.
• Assist with treatments delegated by RNs or licensed therapists.

In this role, you will provide compassionate personal care and delegated nursing services while building meaningful relationships with residents and supporting their comfort, safety, and independence.Wage: $19.00-$22.50/hr.
