Job summary

HomeWell Care Services East Orlando is seeking compassionate caregivers to join our team. Become a Home Health Aide providing personal care, companionship, mobility assistance and light meal prep in East Orlando.

Applicants must have CNA/HHA, CPR, and background clearance, plus a valid Florida driver’s license and reliable transportation. We offer flexible shifts, mileage reimbursement, and incentive pay for short shifts or complex cases, with time-and-a-half on holidays.

Qualifications

• CNA or HHA certification is required.
• 2–3 years of caregiving/personal care experience.
• Reliable transportation with a FL driver's license.
• Must pass Level II background screening.
• Required certificates: CPR, HIV/Bloodborne Pathogens, Alzheimer’s/Dementia.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

• Personal Care / ADL Support — bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and safe transfers
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Assist with mobility and repositioning
• Light meal prep as needed
• Maintain a professional, respectful environment
