Job summary

HomeWell Care Services in East Orlando is hiring experienced Home Health Aides (HHA) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) for East Orlando and surrounding areas. We provide compassionate home care to seniors and individuals who need assistance to stay safe and comfortable at home.

Flexible scheduling with 4- and 6-hour day shifts. We offer a supportive office team and opportunities to make a meaningful difference in clients' lives.

Qualifications

• HHA certificate (40-hour) or CNA license required.
• Valid CPR certification (AHA or Red Cross approved).
• Minimum of 2 years of caregiving or home care experience.
• Passion for helping seniors; dependable and punctual.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs: bathing, dressing, grooming.
• Assist with IADLs: meal prep, light housekeeping, laundry, errands.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Support clients with Alzheimer's and Dementia care.
• Accompany clients to medical appointments and outings.
• Provide hands-on personal care and mobility assistance.

Job description

Now hiring experienced Home Health Aides (HHA), and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) in East Orlando and surrounding areas. At HomeWell Care Services, we provide high-quality, compassionate home care to seniors and individuals who need assistance to remain safe and comfortable at home. We are looking for reliable, experienced caregivers who are committed to providing consistent, professional care.

Available Shifts:

• 4-hour shifts
• 6-hour shifts
• Day shifts available

Pay:

$16 - $18 per hour, based on experience, case needs, and level of care required

Caregiver Responsibilities:

• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs): bathing, dressing, grooming
• Assist with Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADLs): meal preparation, light housekeeping, laundry, errands
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Support clients with Alzheimer's and Dementia care
• Accompany clients to medical appointments and outings
• Provide hands-on personal care to ensure safety and comfort
• Must be able to safely assist clients with mobility, including transfers, repositioning, and ambulation

Caregiver Requirements:

• HHA Certificate (40-hour) or CNA License
• Valid CPR Certification (AHA or Red Cross approved)
• Alzheimer's / ADRD Training compliant with DOEA guidelines
• Minimum of 2 years of caregiving or home care experience
• Strong communication with office staff for scheduling and care coordination
• Must be dependable, punctual, and committed to assigned shifts
• Passion for helping seniors and individuals in need

Employment Requirements:

• Must be authorized to work in the United States (I-9 verification)
• Must provide valid identification and employment documents
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (if required)

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to assist with mobility, transfers, and standing for extended periods

Level 2 Background Screening Requirement:
