Job summary

Legacy Home Care is seeking Home Health Aide (CNA, HHA, DSP, PCA, ILS) to provide in-home care in the Twin Cities area. The role offers part-time scheduling, with compensation of $20.00 - $23 per hour and bonuses up to $2,000.

Employees can access benefits such as insurance and PTO and enjoy flexible home-based visits. Caregivers will travel to clients, build rapport, assist with daily activities, and help maintain a clean home.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Valid documentation to work in the U.S.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
• Willing to travel up to 35 miles from home.
• 1+ year of caregiving experience (CNA certification a plus).
• Able to pass a multiple-choice caregiving knowledge quiz.
• Minimum availability of 10 hours per week, including 1 weekend shift per month.

Responsibilities

• Drive to clients' homes and spend at least 2 hours with each client.
• Build strong rapport with older adult clients through regular visits.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, and daily living activities.
• Maintain household cleanliness and provide hands-on care like transfers.
