¡Estamos buscando un Asistente de Salud en el Hogar para unirse a nuestro equipo! Se requieren sólidas habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita para tener éxito en este puesto. La experiencia previa en atención médica en el hogar o cuidados paliativos (Hospice) es una ventaja.

Responsabilidades

• Asistir a los pacientes en sus actividades diarias, como acostarse y levantarse de la cama, bañarse o usar sillas de ruedas.
• Cuidar a los pacientes cambiando la ropa de cama, lavando la ropa, limpiando el hogar o asistiendo con el cuidado personal.
• Mantener registros de la atención, condición, progreso o problemas del paciente para reportar y discutir las observaciones con el supervisor.
• Construir relaciones con los pacientes mediante la conversación o la lectura en voz alta para ayudarlos a mantenerse mentalmente sanos y alertas.
• Administrar medicamentos e inmunizaciones.
• Involucrar a los pacientes en ejercicios u otras actividades.

Requisitos

• Graduado de un programa acreditado de Asistente de Salud.
• En el Hogar Diploma de escuela secundaria o GED.
• Un año de experiencia profesional previa.
• Licencia de conducir requerida.
• Certificación de RCP requerida.
