Family Pillars Homecare, LLC is seeking dedicated HHAs and CNAs to provide compassionate in-home care for seniors and adults in Clermont, Florida, with flexible shifts including 4, 8, and 12 hours. We are expanding across counties and looking for reliable caregivers to join our growing team.

Shifts are perfect for caregivers balancing family life or school, with opportunities for steady hours and direct deposit.

Qualifications

• HHA certificate (or pass the HHA state exam) or CNA license is required.
• CPR/BLS certification is required.
• Physical health form within the last 6 months.
• TB test (negative) or Quantiferon Gold result.
• CEU HIV/AIDS certificate.
• CEU Alzheimer's certificate.
• CEU - Medication assistance certificate.
• Level 2 background check or willingness to obtain.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation with proof of car insurance.
• Ability to work independently and professionally.

Responsabilités

• Assist with all activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, and mobility.
• Provide care for a fall-risk patient with close attention to safety.
• Assist with transfers, repositioning, and mobility.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Drive patient to appointments and run errands as needed.
• Follow the patient’s individualized care plan.
• Maintain patient privacy, dignity, and comfort at all times.
• Communicate clearly with the care team regarding changes or concerns.

We are currently staffing throughout Clermont and the surrounding areas. These shifts are great for HHA/CNA Moms or Dads to pick up Per Diem shifts while their children are in school as well as College Students looking for work around their class schedules. We have morning, afternoon and evening shifts available as requested by our patients and families.

Responsibilities

HHA/CNA Requirements

• HHA Certificate (or Pass the HHA State Exam) or CNA License (required)
• CPR - BLS Certification (required)

• Negative TB Skin Test results or TBQ - Quantiferon Gold TB Blood Test result
• CEU - HIV/Aids Certificate
• CEU - Alzheimer's Disease and Related Disorders Certificate
• CEU - Assistance with Self Administered Medications Certificate
• Level 2 Background Check (or willingness to obtain)
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation with proof of car insurance.
• Ability to work independently and professionally
